Add warning when deleting text would leave orphaned witnesses

Currently a text can be deleted without additional checks if there are witnessed to this text that would be orphaned.

Witnesses keep the exemplar-of relation to the non-existent text which leads to errors.

We should check if the delete function can be extended with a check.

This issue may also apply to other types.
