UX: spinner for publication in process

When the publication is in process, the users should be informed by a spinner or the like that the publication is still going on.

User story:

As a user I want some visual feedback in order to know if the publication is still going on.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
