Error status must be renewed after re-run of publication

Please try:

1. Create a new collection in the Publikator, add mandatory metadata
2. Create a new sub collection, add mandatory metadata
3. Publish the collection
4. ERROR: Empty collection
5. Add file to the sub collection
6. Publish again
7. The ERROR persists!
