Enable search for organisation

The actual service only provides the possibility to search for persons (pndQuery).

We should increase the functions.

May be we can change the API and enable to search for all entities (gndQuery) and add an optional parameter to filter the search: "&entityType=person" (or organisation).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
