Search for characters with diacritica should also find characters without or with other diacritica

Let's take this text: https://textgridrep.org/browse/41jqm.0

Here we find the word desăvirșițĭ. If I search in TGR this word, I get only one result: https://textgridrep.org/search?query=des%C4%83vir%C8%99i%C8%9B%C4%AD&order=relevance&limit=20

If I search for the word desavirsiti (same word but without diacritica), I don't get any result: https://textgridrep.org/search?query=desavirsiti&order=relevance&limit=20

I would like to find desăvirșițĭ also when I find desavirsiti. I would also like to find desăvirșițĭ if I look for desávírsítí (i.e. using other diacritica).

This should be the case for all projects. For ELTeC is already quite important. For GRETIL would be very important.

When searching with quotation marks, exactly the searched token should be found. In other words, searching for "desavirsiti" should still bring no results.
