Beta/UI: Click "Unblished Data"

When clicking the checkbox in front of "unpublished data" nothing happens. Users have to click the label to get unpublished data. recommendation: the selecting the checkbox should also trigger the view of unpublished data OR clicking the checkbox should be disabled.
