redesign projects landing page

  • in the left bar, the views may be removed
  • the "Search within this project" should be in the main area, a big button
    • possibly have default facets configurable, like "xml only" with portalconfig.xml
  • the left side may be removed (making main area larger) or possibly host a table of contents for the readme.md
  • the root-aggregations listing may be removed, may be have it reachable with a second button, "browse root aggregations" below the "search within this project" button
