use export_batch with list of TGURIS

Right now, you have to use TGURIs as arguments for export_batch. Yet it might be more convenient, if you have the desired TGURIs already in a XML-list, to use this list as an argument. The XML-document should contain an element named 'list' with child elements 'item' which contains an attribute 'textGridURI'.
