Sensors organization

Sensors are plugins (à la stevedore)

I see at least three categories of sensors:

1. core (built-in)
2. optional (part of the project, but not mandatory)
3. third party (very specific sensors)

What goes into what category?

1. (core): very basic data provided by psutil, for example
2. data from slurm
