Fix issues with sending tasks

Check and fix the following remaining issues for sending tasks:

• include in message also text of question (and if fit, dataset) from which the task was generated
• "eRA support" shold be renamed to "GRO.plan support" and checked by default
• send tasks is labeled "Die Ausgabe von "Antworten anzeigen" anhängen. " but in the projects view its labeled "Fragebogen ansehen"
