TIDO: previous/next manuscript buttons don't work

The existence of buttons named "previous ~"/"next manuscript" creates expectation to browse through the search result list, which led to this document.

E.g.:

• When searching for this term:
  • 
• The assumption by looking at the "previous ~"/"next manuscript" buttons would be to switch between these manuscripts in the list above.
• Nonetheless they are greyed out and without function, which leads to confusion.
