README.md: Prerequisites

README.md is a stub. Please extend.

Unfortunatly with the information given at README.md it is not possible to run roger.

docker-compose up requires some prerequisits:

1. docker login at gitlab.gwdg.de (to get sepia/fuseki image) and
2. a bind mount for shiro.ini
