Unique-ID conflict update color

Upon loading TOL with non-unique-IDs all rows are properly highlighted in orange. However, upon editing the ID in a way: A) to a different ID but still non-unique, B) properly unique-ID, in both cases the highlighting does not change afterwards.

In case A) still all the rows of non-unique IDs should be still highlighted. In case B) the highlighting should be removed from the affected row. Of cause, fixing a single row still may mean that other rows could be in conflict and the highlighting should persist for those.
