Cannot add new pages as user easytom@irp

It is not possible to add new pages as user easytom@irp.

Steps to reproduce

Use Browser Google Chrome Version 109.0.5414.120 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit). Log in as user easytom@irp. Try adding new pages.

What is the current bug behavior?

No new pages are added.

What is the expected correct behavior?

New pages should be added at the end of the book.
