Enhancement: Image Placement and Resizing

• Would it be possible to make the tools for image placement and resizing into one? It happens to me fairly often, that I already place an image during resizing just to find the placement gone again once I switch to placement.

• When during image resizing, I enter the width of an image in pixels manually would it be possible to enable proportional scaling for the height? Maybe as a tick box?
