process halts when building resources

process stops after entering buildComp.py when one of the three columns subjectID, subjectNamespace or ehrId is missing. This is tested when ehr´s are to be created.

Possible Solution: check existence of those columns before calling for buildComp and handle it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
