Some regression tests are failing on master

Running the script tests/regression_tests.py in test mode currently reports 21 test failures, mostly on some of the CDP, MC, and Sparse2 experiments. I haven't closely examined the failing test cases, so I don't know if there is actually a problem or if the test data is just out of date.
