CMO REFs in Sibelius files don't match CMO Identifier of Editions in Catalogue

The Identifier in the catalogue doesn't match exactely the reference in the Sibelius file, e.g.:

• Sibelius file: CMO1-I/2.49
• Catalogue: CMO1-I/02.049

Question: Is the number of digits defined and can be set automatically?
