Make sure hook schema is up to date

Make sure that hook schema in sfb_mouseline.install reflects the final state after all updates are executed. schema should always describe the current database schema and is called at install and uninstall.

Note that there may be intermediary states after updates that add or change fields/tables that are reverted or changed in later updates.
