Extend MLC for rat entries

either

• create a new catalogue for rats or
• add choice for rat/mouse on first page of multistep form

ToDos:

• add type outbred
• no entries of single rats needed?
• add field for unofficial name (for quick identification) until publication of the rat

rat transgenes need more detailed descriptions than in mice, example rat entry (discussed with Henrike):

• type:inbred
• strain: Lewis
• genetic variation
• insert designation: TCR-Va3-Vb10-bSynuclein-MHCII
• genetic details: HRHF? (serial number, lab, …)
• unofficial name: abSynt (TZR_bSyn)
• comments: transgene Expression eines beta-Synuclein-spezifischen T-Zellrezeptors in CD4+ T Zellen, ubiquitäre Expression von GFP
• resulting nomenclature -> LEW-Tg(TCR-Va3-Vb10-bSynuclein-MHCII)/HRHF
