License Note in ipynb

Make sure all notebooks have at least a link to the License document in the published repository (maybe in addition to a general link to the repo too)

Don't use relative links, so that everything works even if the notebook was downloaded etc.

e.g. here, a three-line header indicates general basics, and can be copy-pasted into all .ipynb files.
