The formatting of the "Star" needs to be improved

• Some text is displayed in italics, red and underlined, but it should be not in italics, in black and not underlined. It should be in quotation marks. Update: It is now in quotation marks, but bold, which it shouldn't be.
• There are different levels of headings, which should be displayed in different sizes.
