The created/modified properties get added as duplicates when an resource gets linked to

When a resource gets linked to (e.g. when a person gets linked to as contributor) in another input form (e.g. annotation), upon saving that form, an additional, duplicate property of created or modified is added to that resource that was linked to (i.e. the person resource) with the current time stamp.
