Rescue .dino files saved in version 0.1.0 by converting them to 0.2 format

This will be the sole purpose of the future release 0.1.1.

We let every provider struct be as it is, such that deserialization works, but provide extra functionality to write v0.2-compatible msgpack binaries. Then, saving and loading a .dino file with version 0.1.1 will make the project compabible with version 0.2
