for a new ticket: on several places we switch on the lang name to set some statics. we should move all those statics to a configuration, maybe a global var in commons to have: lang name, textgrid entry URI, label as used in anno:make-collection-object-title and maybe some more.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
