Content table of the annotationAPI specs is not scrollable

I noticed that I can not scroll to the bottom of the content table in the annotation specs. and since it is not scrollable I can't get to the last items because they are not visible and not accessible. This may be due to my small monitor.

That I can access the last items of the content list. …
On the contrary, I observed
The last items are not visible and not accessible.

How to reproduce the bug
Please describe briefly how you discovered the bug and what a developer has to do to reproduce it.
Steps:
- https://subugoe.pages.gwdg.de/emo/text-api/page/annotation_specs/
- Try to klick "Annotation Page: Example for Item"
- Item is not visible and you can not reach the last items of the list...(I was able when making content smaller by clicking cmd -)
