Make navigation buttons text configurable

AC:

• Navigation buttons texts in the header should be configurable by a dedicated object in the config
• Custom strings for "previous item", "next item", "previous manifest", "next manifest" should be possible
• If custom strings are not provided, the buttons should display default strings
