Flexible order of entries in metadata panel

Currently the order of entries in the metadata panel is hard-coded. In some cases it makes sense to have a different order than intended by TIDO.

Currently, the only way to achieve another order is to mess around with the TextAPI and heavily use the Metadata Object to achieve the sorting a project wants. It would be better to make the display order configurable.
