Accessibility / UX: hover behaviour for links in metadata panel

Currently, the links in the metadata panel have the theme colour, but there is no behaviour implemented that indicates the hover event. This is bad practice as users should have a visual indication that they can click this part of the text (apart from cursor: pointer).
