Refactoring

• Refactor file upload in frontend to avoid code duplication

• Refactor get_workspace_root in frontend to avoid code duplication

• Refactor file selection with relative path computation into a standalone function

• Update the architecture diagram

• Make sure all server functions are scriptable in standalone package
