refactor: use input iri as reference to get entryNode and fill forms with data

• Implementation to fill data on forms for BDN Roger which has prefill-input.
• Get IRI from the input data and retrieve the initial entry node to display the data

To run locally,

• checkout the branch refactor/#124-bdn-remote-instance
• run npm run storybook
• switch to BDN stories available from the list
• Once the Roger is loaded, select Person node shape and use the following as input - http://d-nb.info/gnd/118624822 to load the data
