Add neo aramaic sogdian to mss overview

This MR

• adds the Neo-Aramaic texts to the manuscript overview. The Sogdian has also been prepared, but cannot be imported since the ID used in the file are not valid and thus the import fails.
• sorts the manuscripts alphabetically according to their tei:idno
• fixes the links to the viewer
