Revert commit 8048f116, reindroduce useTypeList

The field useTypeList is used by olahd to offer a filter to filter entries by filegroups. Currently after reindexing everything the filter is empty. See: https://ola-hd.ocr-d.de/search?q=&fulltextsearch=false&metadatasearch=true&isGT=false&author=&title=&year=&place=, and on the right side below all other facets you see the heading File Groups: which used to be filled before to filter for filegroups
